General information regarding training and behavior modification services
It is important to note that all training and behavior modification requires owner participation at some point and will require owner maintenance for the length of the dog's life. Dogs are living, breathing, thinking, feeling beings. Therefore, even when using scientific methods, we must reinforce this learning to see that the dogs continue utilizing what they have have learned with TRCS.
During the training period, once goals have been established, all household members must follow the guidelines we have created together. Sending a dog mixed signals will increase the length of the training period and potentially halt learning in its tracks. Learning may disappear in a matter of weeks if members of your household are on board hypothetically or verbally, but not in their actions (secretly treating under the table or rewarding behaviors we are trying to modify.) Please ensure that your entire household is in agreement and on board for training before we begin the process. This will also translate to any pet-sitters or guests in your home that interact with your dog.

thoughts for breeders and potential puppy owners
According to Dr. Ian Dunbar, 50% of all dogs born in the US don't make it to their first birthday. This is due to behavioral issues and disheartened owners who are struggling with house-training, barking, chewing, biting, or socialization problems. Seth is passionate about helping breeders and new puppy owners establish the correct patterns in order to maximize every puppy and new dog owner's chance of experiencing an enriched, fulfilled, lifelong bond.
Seth desires to help breeders grow their reputation for producing quality puppies who have the best chance of succeeding in their new home. He encourages breeders with upcoming litters to get in touch prior to the anticipated date of parturition. He offers discounted consultation packages to breeders to promote optimized use of the earliest stages of mental development and to give their grand-dogs the best shot at life. He also welcomes inquiries (free of charge) from potential puppy owners regarding how to select a breeder and warning signs that might indicate a breeder is producing pups likely to have behavioral issues. There is no reason that your 8 week old puppy should not come with the basic foundations for universally desired behaviors!
